摘要
提出了一种新的有效评价阻垢剂阻垢性能的方法——浊度法.用此方法对5种具有代表性的水处理剂即羟基乙叉二膦酸,氨基三甲叉膦酸,聚丙烯酸,水解聚马来酸酐及绿色阻垢剂聚环氧琥珀酸进行了评价.实验结果表明,浊度法通过比较不同阻垢剂作用于水体中的成核抑制时间,能迅速、高效地评定阻垢性能的差别,所需实验时间不超过100 min,所需实验设备简单.对晶体X-射线衍射结果与浊度法结果进行比较,证明羟基乙叉二膦酸与氨基三甲叉膦酸在实验水中对碳酸钙结晶的影响是相似的.
A new effective technique,the turbidits, was put forward to evaluate the qualities of water-treatments. Five representative medicines such as the phosphinic sart of treatments HEDP and ATMP, the polymer sort of HPMA and PAA, and green treatment PESA were selected to evaluate their capability by the turbidity method in this experiment. The values measured were compared with the common methods of static-state and limit carbonate rigidity method. The results show that the turbidity method can assess the difference of scale-inhibitors promptly and highly efficiently, through comparring the crystal nucleus form restraining time, the whole experiment would not excess 100 min, besides, equipments needed were simple. The result of XRD and turbidity method proved that the effects of HEDP and ATMP to calcium carbonate crystal formation in cooling water system were similar at the same time.
