摘要
近年来江苏比较重视经济结构调整和增长方式转变,但受国际金融与经济动荡的严重冲击,2008年经济增长急速下滑,工业经济效益提升有所逆转,一些固有问题与约束也凸现出来。在对江苏经济总量增长、结构调整和效益提升进行了细致的经验分析后,结合当前形势对优先促增长与兼顾增长方式转变和结构调整,提供有针对性的思路和对策。
In past years, Jiangsu＇s province has paid more attention to structure adjustment and growth mode change. With the great impact of rapid change of international economy, it＇s increase tendency has now slowed down in 2008, and some inherent problems are also exposed. In this article, we try to examine carefully total growth, structure adjustment and benefit increase of Jiangsu＇s economy, and also put forward some well targeted proposals for Jiangsu＇s province to give priority to keep economy growing, and give consideration at the same time to change the mode of economy growth and adjust the industrial structure.
