摘要
介绍提高我国南方海港浪溅区钢筋混凝土耐久性措施研究的室外暴露3~9a的研究结果,并分析氯离子向各种混凝土的扩散进程,从而估算钢筋周围氯离子积聚到临界浓度的时间,提出我国南方浪溅区钢筋混凝土当水灰比为045左右、保护层65cm时,不能保证设计使用年限达到50a,而在合理配比的基础上,外掺6%~12%NSF-2硅粉剂,即能保证其设计使用寿命达50a以上。
Abstract The research result of the measures for raising the durability of reinforced concrete which is exposed at the wave-splashed area of southern sea port is introduced; The spread process of chlorine ionto all kinds of concrete is analyzed so as to estimate the time that chlorine ion accumulate to the critical density consistency concentration around the steel bar It is pointed out that at the wave-splashed area of South China, when the water-cement ratio of reinforced concrete is 0 45 and protection cover is 65cm thick, the design operation life can't reach 50 years On the basis of rational mixing ratio and with 6%~12% NSF-2 silicon powder mixed, the design operation life can reach over 50 years
