介绍英国负责粉煤灰应用和技术开发工作的管理机构组成，以及简述粉煤灰作为地基填料、水泥稳定粉煤灰、灌浆材料等综合利用途径。参照英国粉煤灰应用及研究现状，对正在编制的我国港口工程粉煤灰技术规程提出二点建议。
