通过连云港墟沟港外生活区规划设计，探索企业生活区统一规划，分期实施的建设方式，并对小区规划作了详细介绍。
Abstract Based on the planning and design of the living quarter outside Xugou Port Area of Lianyungang Port,the construction pattern for the living quater of enterprise,i.e.,unite planning and phased implementaion is investigated and a detailed introduction is given to the planning of community.
