摘要
采用有限元分析方法结合正交试验研究了法兰的压力、口径、螺栓预紧载荷等参数对大口径法兰密封性能的影响。对有限元正交试验数据,通过多元回归得到缠绕垫片应力与螺栓预紧力、法兰压力、法兰温度和缠绕垫片回弹模量之间的关系式。研究表明,螺栓预紧力和法兰压力对缠绕垫片应力的影响是高度显著的,法兰温度和缠绕垫片回弹模量的影响是显著的。
The effects of the pressure, the diameter and the preload of the flange on the sealing performance of the large diameter flange were investigated, using the orthogonal design and finite element analysis. The relationship among the gasket stress and the preload, pressure and temperature of flange and the resilience modulus of the spiral gasket was got by multiple regression analysis using the finite element analysis data. The results show that the preload and the pressure affect the stress of the spiral gasket high-significantly, and the temperature of the flange and the resilience modulus of the spiral gasket affect the stress of the spiral gasket significantly.
