扩招给大学的班级建设带来巨大的压力,随着班级人数的增加班级规模的不断扩大,大学生个体所表现出的新时代的特点,传统的班级建设的方法和手段暴露出很多矛盾和问题,对班级建设问题的思考已经成为急需解决的课题。大学生班级建设应从入学教育、班级目标、班风建设、班干部选拔培养等方面入手。

The enlarged student recruit has brought great pressure to the management of classes in colleges. Both the number of students in a meanwhile individuals of college students exhibit class and the number of classes are increasing, character of new modem times. Traditional methods and techniques of class management have met many contradictions and problems. Therefore, it is an urgent task to make a research on problems of class management. Problems on class management in colleges lie in enrollment education, goals of classes, construction on class atmosphere, selection and training for leaders of classes, organizing class activities and paying attention to the psychology of members in classes.
