婴幼儿毛细支气管炎与哮喘的关系 被引量:24

摘要 哮喘的发病与环境及遗传因素有关,但其发病率在发展中国家的显著上升显然不能单以遗传因素来解释,环境因素发挥重要的影响作用。呼吸道病毒感染、过敏原暴露、环境污染以及被动吸烟等均是哮喘发生的危险因素。婴幼儿时期反复呼吸道感染,尤其是毛细支气管炎(毛支炎)对婴幼儿哮喘发病及迁延至儿童时期均有很大影响。毛支炎是婴幼儿时期,尤其6个月以下婴儿常见的下呼吸道感染性疾病,也是儿童时期发生哮喘的危险因素。因此,加强毛支炎的防治对减少哮喘的发病至关重要。
