新生儿重症监护病房院内感染的控制 被引量:3

摘要 由于新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)中新生儿发育不成熟的特点以及患有较为严重的疾病、接受侵入性操作较多等因素的存在,使得他们成为院内感染的高危易感人群,特别是早产儿、低出生体质量儿发生感染的危险性较高。据文献报道,NICU中院内感染的发生率为8%~40%,早产儿、低出生体质量儿直接死因的30%系感染引起。因此,在新生儿重症监护病房加强院内感染的预防和控制,显得尤为重要。
