弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Observation of the effect of Methylcobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察甲钴胺(商品名:弥可保)治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组应用注射用弥可保1mg加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注(避光),每天1次;对照组给予丹参注射液250ml静脉滴注,每天1次,均连用14d为1疗程,使用2个疗程。分别测定治疗前后患侧腓总神经、胫神经运动传导速度和感觉传导速度以及Hoffinan反射。结果治疗组患侧腓总神经、胫神经运动传导速度和感觉传导速度以及Hoffinan反射(H-反射)较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),对照组较治疗前无明显改善(P>0.05),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弥可保对DPN有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of methylcobalamin for diabetic periferal neuropathy（DPU）. Methods 80 patients with DPU were randomly allocated to two groups, the treament group and the control group. Patients in the treatment group was given methylcobalamin injection 1mg intravenous drip once a day, while patients in the control group was given Danshen injection 250ml intravenous drip once a day. Continuous 14 days for a course of treatment, and use of two courses. The nerve conductive velocity（ NVC ） of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve was examined pre and post treatment, as well as Hoffman reflex. Results After treatment for 4 weeks, there was a significant difference in NVC between pre and post treatment in the treatment group（ P 〈0.05 ）, while no difference in the control group（ P 〉0.05 ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Methylcobalamin has good therapeutic effect in treating diabetic periferal neuropathy.
