化痰平喘方佐治小儿毛细支气管炎204例疗效观察

Observation of the effect of Sputum-resolving and Asthma-relieving Formula on children bronchiolitis

目的观察化痰平喘方治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将204例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各102例,2组均予以吸氧、抗感染、平喘、化痰等原则治疗,以7d为1个疗程。治疗组在对照组治疗方案基础上加中药化痰平喘方治疗,每天1剂,水煎服,出院时均间日煎服黄芪12～15g,连用30d。观察患儿发热、咳喘、肺部啰音、肺部阴影消失等疗效,同时观察治疗前后白细胞、血清免疫球蛋白、淋巴细胞增殖反应及T细胞亚群变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为98.04%,明显高于对照组的88.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在症状、体征消失时间及治愈时间等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05和0.01)。治疗组治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8转化率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论化痰平喘方治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Sputum-resolving and Asthma-relieving Formula on children bronchiolitis. Methods 204 patients with children bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups, the treament group and the control group（n = 102 cases each group）. Patients in the two group were treated with conventional treatment for 7 days. 102 cases in the treatment group were additionally given Sputum-resolving and Asthma-relieving Formula, one dose per day, and Astraglus 12 N 15g per day after release from a hospital for 30 days. The therapeutic effect and the levels of WBC, serum immune globulin, proliferation of lymphocytes and T-cell subgroups were observed. Results There was a significant difference in total efficiency between two groups（98.4% vs 88.23 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of ill physical sign disappearing in the treatment group was less than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment , the change of IgG, IgA, IgM, and the transformation rate of CD3 , CD4 , CDs in the treatment group,were better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sputum-resolving and Asthma-relieving Formula has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of children bronchiolitis.
