摘要
提出了一种天然气水合物低剂量组合抑制剂GHI,GHI是聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK90)/乙二醇苯醚按质量比1∶1混合而成。在4℃,8.5~9.0MPa条件下,利用1.072L定容反应釜,通过观察温度和压力的变化,研究了GHI在0.5%加量下的抑制性能,并在此加量下与PVPK90及商用抑制剂Inhibex100、Inhibex501的抑制效果及经济性进行了比较。研究结果表明:加量为0.5%的GHI可以有效地抑制天然气水合物聚集2400min以上;在相同的实验条件下,Inhibex100、Inhibex501和PVPK90的抑制时间分别为1000min,1800min和600min;经济性评价说明GHI相对于商用抑制剂Inhibex501和Inhibex100是最经济的,它比Inhibex501价格低22.5%,比Inhibex100价格低34.7%。
A new low dosage hydrate inhibitor GHI is proposed,which is composed of polyvinlypyrrolidone(PVDK90) and ethylene glycol monophenyl ether with a 1∶1 ratio.Through changes of temperature and pressure,the inhibition of GHI is investigated and compared with polyvinlypyrrolidone and commercial inhibitors Inhibex100,Inhibex501 at 4℃ and 8.5~9.0MPa in a 1.027 liter reactor.The commercial price is also compared.The results show 0.5% GHI can inhibit gas hydrate agglomeration for more than 2400min,under the same condition,the inhibition time for Inhibex100,Inhibex501 and PVDK90 are 1000min,1800min and 600min respectively.The commercial price of the GHI is 22.5 percent lower than that of Inhibex501 and 34.7 percent lower than Inhibex100.
