清脂安脉饮拆方对高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂蛋白调节作用的研究

The Fat-clock Drinking on the Demolition Side of Hyperlipidemia and Lipid Regulating Role of Lipoprotein

目的:观察清脂安脉饮及其拆方对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂蛋白的调节作用,比较它们作用强度和作用环节的差异。方法:高脂饲料制备大鼠高脂血症模型,灌胃给药,观察全方及拆方中祛痰药和化瘀药对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂及脂蛋白的影响。结果:清脂安脉饮全方及拆方化瘀药组和祛痰药组均可以明显降低高脂模型大鼠血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P<0.01),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P<0.01);化瘀组在改善血脂方面优于祛痰组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:清脂安脉饮全方及拆方祛痰药和化瘀药均可以改善血脂紊乱状态,但其对高脂血症模型的作用环节和作用强度不同,二者配伍后的疗效有一定增加。

Objective ： Lipid-clock observation of the drink and its demolition of the experimental rats hyperlipidemia the regulation of blood lipid and hpoprotein ,compared strength of their role and function of the difference link. Methods：high fat diet of rats hyperlipidemia model, gavage administration ,the observation of the entire demolition and arguably the expectorant drug and Huayu drugs on rats hyperhpidemia blood lipid and lipoprotein impact. Results ：The fat-dock drinking,and demolished the whole drug group Huayu Group and expectorant drug can significantly reduce the high fat rats serum cholesterol, triglycerides ,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, or High density lipoprotein cholesterol （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Huayu Group is superior in improving blood lipid expectorant group （ P 〈 0. 05, or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The fat-clock drinking, and the entire demolition Qutan side of medicine and Stasis drugs can improve blood lipid disorders,and its model of hyperlipidemia links and the role of different intensity,the two compatibility after a certain increase the efficacy.
