脉诊在辨证施护意识障碍者中的指导作用

Directive Effects of Pulse Examination on Syndrome Differentiation and Nursing the Unconscious Patients

通过记述临床病案凭脉指导辨证施护,指出积食、脱水、肺部积痰和大便秘结的脉象特征和相对应的护理措施,体现脉诊在指导辨证施护的重要作用,提示在中医护理队伍中开展临床脉象理论和实践的教育,对创建具有中医特色的护理理论和护理队伍大有裨益。

This paper recorded syndrome differentiation and nursing of proved eases depending on pulse conditions and pointed out the characteristic pulse conditions and corresponding measurements on nursing indigestion, dehydration, massive phlegm in the lung and constipation. Pulse examination had an important role on guiding syndrome differentiation and nursing. It was indicated that developing theoretical and clinical education of pulse conditions in the nursing group of traditional Chinese medicine could be of great benefit to building characteristic nursing theory and group of traditional Chinese medicine.
