固本活血汤治疗免疫性不孕的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Replenish Vital Energy and Invigorate the Circulation of Blood Decoction to Treating Cases of Immunity Sterility

目的:观察自拟方固本活血汤治疗抗精子抗体(AsAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)阳性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将101例患者随机分为两组观察疗效,治疗组运用自拟固本活血汤,对照组口服强的松龙治疗。结果:治疗组妊娠32例,3种抗体转阴50例,总有效率93.44%;对照组妊娠4例,3种抗体转阴6例,总有效率37.5%。两组3种抗体阳性转阴率比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0.001);妊娠率比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。结论:固本活血汤可扶正祛邪,调整机体免疫,能有效地将AsAb、EmAb、ACA3种抗体阳性转阴,并且无毒副作用。

Apply replenish vital energy and invigorate thecirculation of blood decoction to treating 61 cases of immunity sterility. Meanwhile, compare with the cases treated with predinsolone and observe. Biochemistry immunity indexes of the two groups are checked up both before and after the treatment. The result shows that the anti-sperm antibody,the antiwomb-inner-membrance antibody, and the anti-cardiohpin antibody can be effectively turned into negative reaction after treatment. The total effective percentage is 93.44%. Obviously superior to that of 37.5%. It has the advantages of reliable eueatment,high cure rate and without any side effect. Its worth popularizing and applying.
