摘要
目的:以浸出物得量为指标,研究悦康外感凉茶的水提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,考察加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间和煎煮次数4因素对浸出物得量的影响。结果:工艺条件以原方药材加10倍量的水,浸泡1h,煎煮1.5h,煎煮3次为佳。结论:该水提工艺稳定性好,浸膏得量高,适合工业生产。
Objective :To study the extraction conditions of Yuekang waigan Bagged Tea, the extraction as marker. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence of the 4 factors, including the amount of water, the soaking time , the extracting time by relux and the time number. Results: The optimum extraction is as follows:ten times of water, soakinging for 1 hours extracting thrid by relux, 1.5 hour every time. Conclusion :The optimum extraction is stable. Water soluble extractive is higher and this procession is suitable for production.
