血小板活化产物与炎症的关系研究进展

Advances in Research on Relationship of Platelet Activation and Inflammation

长期以来,人们对血小板的作用仅仅局限在凝血和血栓形成方面,但近年来,越来越多的研究表明,血小板可以作为一种"炎症细胞",其活化后释放大量炎性介质,直接参与多种疾病的形成和发展过程。本文就血小板及其活化产物与炎症的关系做了系统论述,以期在炎症医学机制、抗炎药物创制和临床用药指导方面提供参考。

For a long time, the traditional role of platelets as mediators of hemostasis and thrombosis is well documented. But increasing evidenee suggests that platelets are a source of inflammatory mediators. On activation platelets release and express inflammatory mediators,induee an inflammatory response, play a pathogenic role in formation and development of many diseases. This review article describes the relationship of platelet activation and inflammation to provide references on the mechanism of inflammation medicine,the creation of new anti-inflammation drugs and guidance to elinician＇s administration.
