实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力动物模型研究概况 被引量:1

摘要 重症肌无力是乙酰胆碱受体抗体介导、细胞免疫依赖、补体参与的自身免疫性疾病。实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力动物模型,是采用主动或者被动免疫的方法,复制出临床表现、药理学、电生理、免疫学及组织学表现等方面与人重症肌无力表现相似的动物,以指导人重症肌无力的研究和治疗。本文将近几年来对实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力动物模型的制备、评价做一综述,为进一步研究重症肌无力提供帮助。 Myasthenia gravis(MG) is an autoimmune disease which choline receptor antibody mediates,cell immunity depends on and addiment participates. The animal models of experimental autoimmune myasthenis gravis(EAMG) are made to copy MG of human in clinical situation ,pharmacology ,Electmphysiology,immunology and histology by myasthenis gravis methods or active immunity methods in order to direct research and heal of human MG. The article sums up the methods how to make the animals of EAMG in recent years.
