化瘀软坚散结法在干燥综合征的运用研究

干燥综合征(简称SS)的治疗一直以来都是临床上的难题,究其原因,主要是因为目前人们还未能明确其根本病因及病理机制,在这个不确定的领域,中西医发挥着各自特长。近年来中医药对各种自身免疫性疾病包括SS的疗效越来越受到人们的关注,中医在辨证论治的基础上发现了很多能改善SS患者征状,以及相关的客观实验室指标的药物,这不是巧合,而是中医经典理论-辨证论治的体现。在对SS的证候分型及治法的研究中,益气养阴生津止渴早已成为普遍的治法,得到广泛的应用。所不同的是各医家对证的不同理解及其所引导的相应的经验治疗,或清热凉血,或酸甘化阴,或解毒化湿。基于对SS的中医病机的新认识,结合临床实践和实验研究,提出在SS的治疗中化瘀软坚散结法是一重要的治法,且往往有良好的效果,应推广运用。

Treatment of Sjogren＇s syndrome（ shortly SS）has always been a difficulty in clinical practice. That is because people at present have not discovered the fundamental pathogens and pathogenesis of SS. In this mysterious field, Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） are showing their own advantages. In recent years, people are paying more attention to the good effects of TCM on the various auto-immune diseases including SS. Herbalist doctors have found many herbs which can alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve some relevant objective laboratory indexes. It is not an incidence that these herbs are found, but the reflections of the classical theory of TCM-Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment. In the researches of the syndrome classifications and therapeutic method of SS, the methods of Enhancing Qi, Nourishing Yin, Regenerating Body Fluid and Quenching thirst have been widely used in many practitioners of Chinese Medicine. Among these herbalist doctors ,they are different in the understandings of the＂syndrome＂and the following experienced herbal prescriptions and specific herb choices-Maybe clearing Heat and cooling blood, or maybe Producing Yin by Sour and Sweet Herbs, or maybe detoxifieation and eliminating dampness or maybe something else. In this article, based on our own recognitions of the pathogenesis, connecting with our clinical practice and experimental researches, we conclude the method of stasis-resolving,hard mass-softening and block-dispelling is very important in the therapy of SS and that it always brings us good effects. Accordingly we should bring this method into the wide practice.
