探讨无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血的主要病因病机、辨证分型、预防要点、治疗方法、选方用药。认为其病因病机为肾阴虚、肾阳虚、肝郁、脾气虚、血热、血瘀、冲任虚寒,辨证分型为肾阴虚血瘀型、肾阴虚血瘀兼肝郁型、脾肾阳虚血瘀型、脾气虚血瘀型、冲任虚寒血瘀型,预防应注意加强青春期生理卫生教育,育龄期应预防流产,围绝经期应注意健脾补肾养生。治疗采取分阶段治疗方法,分为出血期与调周期2阶段治疗。选方左归丸、右归丸、举元煎、温经汤等。

The differentiation of symptoms and signs are deficiency of kidney - Yin and blood stasis, deficiency of kidney - Yin with blood stasis and stagnation of liver, deficiency of kidney and spleen - YANG with blood stasis, deficiency of spleen with blood stasis, cold and deficiency of Chong and Ren Channels with blood stasis.
