马钱子不同提取方法的比较研究

The Comparative Study on Semen Strychni by Different Extraction Methods

目的:考察不同提取方法对马钱子中总生物碱含量测定结果的影响。方法:以士的宁和马钱子碱为定量指标,运用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,比较马钱子回流提取、超声提取、浸渍提取、渗漉提取等不同提取方法的提取率。结果:回流提取法提取马钱子总生物碱,提取率最高。结论:建议选用回流提取法作为马钱子最佳提取方法,该方法简单、稳定、可行。

Objective： To test the different methods of extraction result of total alkaloids from Semen Strychni. Methods ： The determination of strychnine and vauqueline in Semen Strychni has been carried out by HPLC. The four different ways of circumfluence extraction, ultrasonic extraction, soakage extraction and percolation extraction were compared. Results： The extractive rate of strychnine and vauqueline from Semen Strychni in the circumfluence extraction method was higher than the other methods. Conclusion： The circumfluence extraction method is simple, stable and feasible.
