中西医结合的另类思考——论通约于“不可通约”

Heretical Thought on Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine:interaction of the "Incommensurabilities"

在人类的童年,产生了一些灿烂的文明奇葩,其中中华文明和古希腊罗马文明是其中的代表;祖国医学是中华文明的最重要组成部分,绵延不断,形成以和合、气、阴阳五行,恒动为特点的传统与学体系;而在近代,欧洲文艺复兴,在人文上恢复古希腊罗马传统,强势的科技文明及资产阶级的进取、自由、个性独立,统领全球;中医学与近代科技基础上的西医有很大的区别,貌似"不可通约",但中华传统和中医学的先进性,与西方科技、医学的实证性、严谨性,确有和的地方,而在当今多元的社会里,文明在融合,在分化创新,正通约于"不可通约"。拟从通约、结合的实质与多元作一探讨。

When human kind was young, the history viewed some amazing civilization all around the world, among them were the representative of ancient China, Greece and Rome. Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） tradition is the integral part of Chinese mainstay civilization, which possesses the following qualities： harmony and holistic, Qi, Yin - Yang, Five Elements, dynamic; and keep continuous till today. In the modem time, the Renaissance of Europe experienced a revival of intellectual or artistic achievement. Robust and young civilization of science and technology, accompanying with newborn capitalist, who enterprising, free, individual, conquer the world. There is huge distinction between western scientific and Chinese tradition, medicine either, even seemingly ＂ incommensurabilities＂. Nevertheless, there are many harmonies between TCM and western medicine, such as： the advancement of TCM, the positivism, preciseness of western science and medicine. In the plural society, the diversity of national civilizations is emerging, differentiating and creating. They are crosstalking where seemingly ＂incommensurabilities＂. The paper is dedicated to the discussion on incommensurability, the fundamental of integration and pluralism.
