摘要
目的:对哮喘宁颗粒(黄芩、牡丹皮、桂枝、甘草)建立质量标准。方法:对方中的黄芩、牡丹皮、桂枝、甘草建立TLC鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对方中黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:黄芩苷在0.1604~0.802μg范围内呈线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为103.3%,RSD为1.1%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确重现性好,可用于控制哮喘宁颗粒的质量。
Objective:To establish the quality standard for Xiaochuanning Granules (Radix ScuteUariae, Cortex moutan, Ramulus cinnamomi, Radix glycyrrhizae). Methods : TLC was used to identify Radix Scutellariae, Cortex moutan , Ramulus cinnamomi, Radix glycyrrhizae, and HPLC to determinate baicalin content was determined by HPLC. Results:The linear range of baicalin was 0. 1604 -0. 802μg,r =0. 9999,respectively;The average recovery was 103.3% with RSD 1.1%. Conclusion :The method was simple. The result was accurate and the reproducibility is good and can be used as the quality control of Xiaochuanning Granules.
