清热解毒散结汤治疗重症痤疮临床观察

Clinical Observation on Severe Acne by Heat-clearing Detoxicating and Eliminating Stagnation Soup

目的:观察清热解毒散结汤治疗重症痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分成两组,治疗组112例,采用清热解毒散结汤1剂/天,早晚各1次水煎服。对照组48例,采用口服罗红霉素,2周后改服维胺脂胶囊和维生素B6,两组均给予外涂氯柳酊,4周1疗程。结果:两组治疗后的临床症状均比治疗前明显改善,以治疗组更为显著(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组的有效率分别是78.5%和33.3%。两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒散结汤治疗重症痤疮有较好疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of 160 cases＇ severe acne by heat-clearing,detoxicating and eliminating stagnation soup. Methods ：160 cases were randomly divided into 11：2 cases＇ treatment group and 48 cases＇ control group. The treatment group was given heat-clearing,detoxicating and eliminating stagnation soup twice a day. The control group was given Roxithromycin for oral use,and changed into Wei＇anzhi Capsule and vitamin Be after two weeks. Both of the two groups were given Luliuding for external use,four weeks as one course. Results ：The clinical symptoms of both the groups were improved after the treatment, and the treatment group was much better （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective power of the two groups was 78.5% and 33. 3% respectively. There were remarkable differences between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Heat-cleating, detoxicating and eliminating stagnation soup could treat severe ache effectively.
