摘要
根据现代电子制造业的发展要求,分析了某半导体测试分厂的现状和特点,提出采用C/S分布式技术实现车间网络的信息共享和相互协同。论述了车间分布式系统文件传输、远程数据解析等关键技术,基于.NETRemoting和数据库技术开发了一套设备监控系统。
With the requirements for the development of modern electronic manufacturing, a distributed technology called C/S for information sharing and mutual coordination is proposed through analyzing features and the present situation of one semiconductor test factory. The key technology of file transfer and remote data analysis is discussed for the distributed system of workshop. A monitoring system is developed based on the technologies of NET Remoting and Database
