摘要
鸟巢作为2008年北京奥运会的主场馆,其投入巨大,因此如何在成功举办奥运会之后对它进行良好的运营与管理,实现鸟巢的保值、增值,是鸟巢运营商面临的主要挑战。本文从鸟巢赛后运营的优势、劣势、机遇及危机等方面进行了分析,以此对鸟巢的赛后运营提出了几点建议。
