摘要
目的:研究银杏提取物中总黄酮在大鼠胃肠道中的吸收动力学特征。方法:采用大鼠在体胃肠循环装置,以银杏总黄酮为考察指标,采用UV法和HPLC法检测总黄酮和酚红在大鼠在体胃、肠循环的含量。结果:大鼠在体肠回流吸收实验3h后,供试品在小肠上部的吸收百分率和吸收速率实验结果显示,药物吸收较好的部位在中上部,但与全肠比亦较差。吸收百分率和吸收速率按照十二指肠、空肠、结肠、回肠依次降低;在总黄酮浓度1mg/mL、2mg/mL、3mg/mL范围内药物的吸收量与浓度有良好的线性关系,没有吸收饱和现象发生。而吸收速度常数基本不变,表明银杏总黄酮的吸收是被动扩散。
Objective:Studies on Absorption Kinetics of ginkgo biloba extract(total ginkgo flavones)in Rats.Methods:Determination of total ginkgo flavones and phenol red in rats by HPLC and UV.Results:Rats in the back-intestinal absorption experiments after 3 hours,the test for chemicals in the upper part of the small intestine to absorb the percentage rate of absorption and experimental results show that the absorption of drugs in a better position in the upper part,but also less than the entire intestine.And the percentage of the absorption rate of absorption in accordance with the duodenum,jejunum,colon,followed by lower ileum;in the total concentration of flavonoids 1mg/mL,2mg/mL,3mg/mL within the scope of drug absorption and concentration of a good linear relationship,there is no Saturated absorption phenomenon.The absorption rate constant is essentially the same,showed that total flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba is a passive absorption of proliferation.
