间质干细胞移植治疗缺血性脑损伤及其中药干预作用的研究

Study of Mesenchyma1 Stem Cells in Ischemic Brain Injury and Intervention Effect of Chinese Medicine

间质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)具有在体内体外分化成神经细胞的潜能,使其成为细胞移植治疗缺血性脑损伤疾病的首选种子细胞。近年来,中药对间质干细胞的干预作用正渐受关注,研究证实中药有效成分及复方均能诱导MSCs分化为神经细胞,从而为中药在间质干细胞移植治疗缺血性脑损伤的研究领域开辟新的途径。

Mesenchymal stem cells can be differentiated into neurons in vitro or extraorgan that made it to be the first choice of seed cells to treat ischemic brain injury.Recently,the intervention of Chinese herbs has got more attentions.Studies have confirmed that both effective components and compound prescription can induced MSCs differentiated into neurons.It provide a new way for Chinese herbs in the study on ischemic brain injury＇s treatment with MSCs.
