影响各中医证型糖尿病视网膜病变患者生存质量主要因素的研究

Research for the Effecting Factors of Quality of Life of Diabetic Retinopathy Patients with TCM Syndrome Types

目的:初步研究影响各中医证型糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者生存质量的主要因素。方法:通过统一的生存质量量表SF-36中文版;进行回顾性研究。结论:在各证型中痰瘀阻滞型得分最低,而阴虚燥热型得分最高。阴虚燥热型以精力损害为主,其次为疼痛。气阴两虚型以总体健康、躯体角色损害为主,其次为精力和情绪角色。脾肾两虚型以总体健康、躯体角色损害为主,其次为精力。血行瘀滞型以总体健康损害为主,其次为精力、躯体角色、情绪角色及心理健康。痰瘀阻滞型以躯体角色、情绪角色、总体健康损害为主,其次为精力及心理健康。

Objective：initial impact of the TCM diabetic retinopathy（diabetic retinopathy,DR） quality of life of patients with major factor.Methods：a retrospective study is done by the quality of life scale SF-36 Chinese version.Conclusion：In all kinds of TCM diabetic retinopathy,The tangyuzhuzhi gets the lowest score,while the Yinxu Zaore gets the highest scores.The Yinxu Zaore energy damage to the main,followed by pain.The Qiyinliangxu-to overall health,physical damage to the main role,followed by energy and emotional role.The main damage of The pishenliangxu is the overall health and physical role,followed by energy.The main damage to The xuexingyuzhi is overall health,followed by energy,physical role,emotional role and mental health.The main damage of the tangyuzhuzhi is body,emotional role,and overall health,followed by energy and mental health.
