348例冠心病患者中医证候特点因子分析

Analyze the Characteristic of TCM Syndromes of 348 CHD Patients with Factor Analysis

目的：探讨冠心病的特异症状表现及证候特点。方法：收集348例行冠脉造影患者四诊信息,剔除四诊信息中低于20%阳性率的指标,应用因子分析降维处理得出冠心病主要中医证候分型。结果：得到16个公因子F1虚证脉象;F2脾肾气虚;F3痰湿证;F4肝气郁滞;F5热盛津伤;F6心气虚;F7脾虚不运;F8阴虚津亏;F9肝阴亏虚;F10气阴两虚;F11气化不利,水湿内停;F12~F16血瘀证。结论：虚证为冠心病主要中医证型。

Objective：To discuss the the characteristic of traditiona Chinese medicine（TCM）symptoms and TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods：All 348 inpatients were examined by coronary arteriography（CAG）,and their TCM symptoms were collected.Then we remove samples that which positive rate is less than 20% of the variables symptoms,and get the main TCM syndromes of CHD.Results：We get a total of 16 factors,such as F1 the pulse tracings of asthenia syndrome,F2 deficiency of spleen-QI and kidney-QI,F3 phlegmatic hygrosis,F4 stasis of hepatic qi,F5 excessive heat damaging fluid,F6 deficiency of heart-energy,F7 splenic asthenia,F8 yin asthenia,F9 deficiency and exhaustion of liver-YIN,F10 deficiency of both vital energy and yin,F11 hypofunction of vital energy and stay of hygrosis,F12～F16 syndrome of blood stasis.Conclusion：Asthenia syndrome is the main TCM syndromes of CHD.
