随着人口老龄化,中风问题日益严重,社会、家庭、经济将不堪重负。中风的防治已经迫在眉睫,重"治"轻"防",是目前中风病"越治越多"的原因,而降低中风发病率和死亡率的根本出路在于预防,充分发挥人的自主健康能力,突出"预防为主"的意识,防患于未然,符合中医"治未病"的理念。"治未病"理念若能在中风的防治中得到始终贯彻执行,必将大大降低中风的发病率,复发率和死亡率。
