增生颗粒正交试验优选最佳提取工艺

Study on Process Technology of Zengsheng Granuls

目的:优选增生颗粒提取工艺。方法:以黄芩苷的含量作为考察指标,确定生产中乙醇浓度;以干膏收率和黄芩苷的含量为评价指标,确定最佳醇提工艺。结论:增生颗粒的最佳提取工艺为采用70%乙醇,8倍量回流提取2次,每次1.5h。

Objective：To optimize the extraction process of Zeng-sheng granuls.Methods：Alcohol concentration was determined by the index baiealin;The optimal alcohol extraction technology were investigated with the content of baicalin and dry extractive material taken as indexes,meanwhile.Conclusion：The optimized extraction process preparing of Zeng-sheng granuls is extracting circumfluencely with 8 times volume of 70% alcohol in 2 times and 1.5 hours every time.
