颈项舌下9针治疗中风后吞咽困难的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Poststroke Dysphagia by Needling Nine Points on Neck and Under Tongue

目的:观察颈项舌下9针治疗中风后吞咽困难的疗效。方法:将60例中风后吞咽困难患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予常规药物治疗、偏瘫肢体运动训练、接受吞咽功能康复训练,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予针刺风池、翳风、金津、玉液、上廉泉、上夹廉泉等穴,两组治疗3周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:颈项舌下9针治疗中风后吞咽困难的疗效较好。

Objective：To observe clinical therapeutic effect on poststroke dysphagia by needling 9 points on neck and under tongue.Methods：60 cases of Poststroke dysphagia were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 cases in the control group were treated with routine medication,hemiplegic limb and swallowing function rehabilitation,30 cases in the therapy group were treated with cupuncture in addition.Fengchi（GB 20）,Yifeng（SJ17）,Jinjin（EX-HN12）,Yuye（EX-HN13）,Shanglianquan and Shangjialianquan were selected in the treatment group.Results：The effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group.There was a insignificant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment which needling 9 points on neck and under tongue has a good effect on poststroke dysphagia.
