摘要
目的:观察参附强心合剂对心衰大鼠神经内分泌系统、心肌组织病理学的影响。方法:选用SD雄性大鼠60只,采用腹主动脉缩窄法造心衰模型,造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、参附强心合剂大、小剂量组、西药组、假手术组,灌胃8周后,用放免法检测血浆和心肌血管紧张素II(AngII)含量,Elisa法检测血浆和心肌的去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量,并观察心肌组织的病理改变。结果:病理切片见,参附强心合剂大剂量组、西药组心肌细胞坏死及凋亡均显著下降;中药大剂量组及西药组与模型组相比能显著降低血浆和心肌AngⅡ、NE水平,有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:参附强心合剂可有效抑制心肌细胞坏死及凋亡,降低AngII、NE的水平,从而对缺血心肌有保护作用,并呈一定的量效关系。
To investigate the effect of Shenfu Qiangxin decoction on Neuro - endocrine activation and histological in experimental rats with heart failure (HF). Methods : Rat models of heart failure were established by eoaretating abdomial aorta. After that,60 male SD rats were divided into five group randomly:the model group,the low - dose Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction group, high - dose Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction, the control group and the western medicine group. Then rats were treated for 4 weeks, the changes of heart morphological structure, the plasma and myocardial level of Ang Ⅱ and NE were observed and measured. Results : After treatment of Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction, the plasma and myocardial level of Ang Ⅱ and NE were decreased more significantly than the model ( P 〈 0.05). As compared with control group, there were lower necrotic myocardial cells and cell death by apoptosis in high - dose Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction and western medicine group. Conclusions:The Shenfu Qiangxin decoction can dose -dependently protect myocardial cell by inhibiting necrotic myocardial ceils and cell death by apoptosis and decreasing the plasma and myocardial level of Ang Ⅱ and hE.
