麻黄附子细辛汤治疗慢性心律失常近况

A Summary of Recent Development of Treating Bradyarrhythmia with the Decoction of Ephedra Aconite and Asarum

综述了近10年来麻黄附子细辛汤在临床上治疗慢性心律失常的应用,从窦性心动过缓、房室传导阻滞、病态起搏窦房结综合征及缓慢型心律失常这几种疾病入手,深入阐明并揭示了麻黄附子细辛汤可在临床治疗多种慢性心律失常,并取得很好的疗效。对于需要安装起搏器而经济条件达不到的患者,麻黄附子细辛汤是一种较好的选择,可以很好的改善慢型心律失常患者的心律,提高患者的生存质量。并且本方的应用并不影响起搏器的后续安装,也没有明确的导致心律失常的副作用。

This paper summarizes the clinical application of treating bradyarrhythmia with the decoction of Ephedra, Aconite and Asarum in recent ten years. It deeply clarifies that many chronic arrhythmias can be treated by the decoction of Ephedra, Aconite and Asarmn from researching the treatment results of sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome and slow-type arrhythmia, and the results are good. For the patients who need implanted pacemaker without enough money,the decoction of Ephedra,Aconite and Asarum is a better choice. It can vigorously improve the rhythm of patients with bradyarrhythmia and survival quality. Moreover,the application of it does not influence subsequent installation of implanted pacemaker, and there is no definite side-effects to cause arrhythmia.
