摘要 目的:优选自然铜的最佳炮制工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以疏松度、硬度、Fe2+含量、As含量4个指标相结合,综合评分,对自然铜炮制工艺进行优选。结果:煅制自然铜的最佳工艺条件为A1B1C3D3E2F2,即控制自然铜粒度在9~10mm,铺垫厚度3cm,煅制温度450℃,时间2h,程序升温时间40min,用醋含酸量3.8g/100mL,效果最佳。结论:验证试验结果表明,此工艺合理可行。 Objective: To optimize the processing technology of Pyritum. Methods : Referring to the results of combination scores including the degree of rarefaction,relative hardness ,the contents of Fe^2+ and As ,the processing technology of Pyritum was optimized by testing in orthogonal designs. Results : The optimized processing technology of Pyritum is A1 B1 C3D3F2F2 ,which was to select the grade size between 9mm and 10mm,mat thickness 3cm,program temperature 40min, calcine 2h at 450℃ with 3.8g/100mL vinegar. Conclusion: The optimized processing technology of Pyritum is reasonable and feasible.
