紫七软肝片对复合因素致大鼠肝纤维化模型的动态影响

摘要 目的:研究紫气软肝片对复合因素致大鼠肝纤维化模型的作用的动态影响。方法:采用"CCL4+高脂饮食+酒精"复合因素干预大鼠,分别观察第4周和8周大鼠肝纤维化相关指征的变化,同时观察紫气软肝片对不同时间点大鼠肝纤维化的作用机制,并与秋水仙碱对照。检测肝功能、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、透明质酸(hyaluronicacid,HA)、层粘连蛋白(laminin,LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨端肽(procollagenⅢN-terminal peptide,PⅢP)、血栓素(TXB2)、前列环素(6-PGI)和血流变学指标等项目。结果:模型组大鼠从4周和8周末Hyp、HA、LN、PⅢP和TXB2、6-PGI及血流变学均有不同程度的改变,并呈现动态加重的过程,而紫气软肝片和秋水仙碱均有不同程度的治疗作用,尤以紫气软肝片作用明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:保肝、改善微循环,调节细胞外基质的合成与降解,抑制纤维组织增生是紫气软肝片有效防治肝纤维化的重要机制。 Objective :The study concentrated on the Ziqi Ruanganpill's influence on the rat hepatic fibrosis caused by complicate factors. Methods:Rats model were treated with CCL4, food with high fat, alcohol..Rats hepatic fibrosis data were analyzed twice,the first time was after 4 weeks,the other 8 weeks. The mechanism of Ziqi Ruangan pill was estimated meanwhile,the control group was treated with colchicine. Liver function, Hyp, HA, LN, P Ⅲ P, TXB2,6- PGI and blood rheologyb value were estimated. Results : Hyp, HA, LN, P Ⅲ P, TXB2 , 6 - PGI and blood rheology's value of rats in the model group had been progressing after 4 weeks and 8 weeks, while rats in the Ziqi Ruangan pill and colchicines group alleviated, especially those in Ziqi Ruangan pill group( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:The mechanism of Ziqi Ruangan pill therapy lies in the protection of liver function, mending blood circle, regulating the ECM, reducing fibrosis.
