针刺不同穴位组合降低血脂的临床研究

Clinical Research of Different Acupoint Groups in Treating Hyperlipidemia

目的:拟制并筛选出降脂疗效佳、重复性好的穴位组合。方法:将160例高脂血症患者随机分入4组穴位组合(足三里+三阴交、足三里+太白、丰隆+三阴交、丰隆+太白)进行针刺治疗,以治疗前后及随访1个月后血总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量变化为指标进行观察。结果:各组降脂效果均较为明显,且在随访1个月后其疗效是稳定的;在降胆固醇的疗效中,丰隆+三阴交组比其他各组要好,是最佳的一组;在降甘油三酯的疗效中,各组无明显差异,但在随访1个月后的疗效比较中,足三里+三阴交组较为明显,提示该组合是较佳的一组。结论:丰隆+三阴交组降胆固醇疗效最佳,足三里+三阴交组降甘油三酯疗效较佳。

Objective：To study the effects of combination of different points for reducing blood lipid,so as to find out the group with good efficacy and repeatability. Methods ： One hundred and sixty cases meeting the criteria of hyperlipidemia were divided randomly into four groups ： Zusanli （ ST 36 ）, Sanyiniiao （ SP 6 ） ; Zusanli（ ST 36）, Taibai（ SP 3 ） ; Fenglong（ ST 40） ,Sanyinjiao（ SP 6） ; Fenglong（ ST 40） ,Taibai（ SP 3）. According to the grouping,they were treated with acupuncture. The total cholesterol（TC） and triglyceride（TG） were evaluated respectively after treament and after follow-up one month. Results ： Four groups all had obvious therapeutic effect and stable efficacy on long-term of follow-up one mouth. Reducing TC Fenglong（ ST 40） ,Sanyinjiao（ SP 6） group was significantly better than other groups. There was no significant difference between groups in reduding TG, but Zusanli （ ST 36）, Sanyinjiao（ SP 6） group was superior to other groups. Conclusion ： Fenglong（ ST 40）, Sanyinjiao （ SP 6） group had the best efficacy on reducing TC. Zusanli （ ST 36）, Sanyinjiao （ SP 6） group had better effect on reducing TG.
