摘要
目的:观察冠心通络胶囊对家兔冠状动脉粥样硬化中NOS3的影响。方法:采用高脂饮食法复制家兔冠心病心绞痛模型,观察家兔冠状动脉粥样硬化中NOS3的变化。结果:模型组冠状动脉中NOS3明显减少,与冠心通络胶囊组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。冠心通络胶囊组NOS3明显增多。结论:冠心通络胶囊可有效减轻冠状动脉粥样硬化程度,对冠心病心绞痛有明显的治疗作用。
Objective： To Observe the impact of Guanxin Tongluo capsule on NOS3 in the rabbits with coronary atherosclerosis. Method：Fed the rabbits high fat food to make the coronary heart disease angina model, then observe NOS3 changes in the coronary atherosclerosis in of all groups. Results：Compared with Guanxin Tongluo capsule treatment group, NOS3 in model groups coronary artery was obviously decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ）. NOS3 in Guangxin Tongluo capsule treatment group was obviously increased. Conclusion ： Guangxin Tongluo capsule can mitigate the degree of coronary artery artheromatosis effectively and has obvious effects on curing coronary heart disease and angina.
