HPLC法测定金钱草中槲皮素和山柰素含量

Determination of Quercetin and Kaempferol in Herba Lysimachiae by HPLC

目的:建立金钱草中槲皮素和山柰素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamond ODS柱;流动相为甲醇-0.45%磷酸溶液(50∶50);检测波长为366nm。结果:槲皮素在0.04724～0.2362μg范围内,山柰素在0.1424～0.4272μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率值分别为99.8%和99.9%,RSD分别为1.39%和1.48%。结论:本方法灵敏、准确,重现性好,为金钱草药材的质量控制提供了依据。

Objective：To determine the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Herba Lysimachiae by HPLC. Methods： Diamond ODS column was used. Mobile phase consisted of methanol -0. 45% phosphate. UV detector wave length was set at 366mn. Results：Tbe linearity was from 0. 04724 to 0. 2362μg for quereetin and from 0. 1424 to 0. 4272μg for kaempferol,and the average recovery was 99. 8% for quercetin and 99.9% for kaempferol with RSD 1.39% and 1.48% respectively. Conclusion：The method is sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Herba Lysimaehiae.
