冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉支架术后生活质量的评价

The evaluation of quality of life among coronary artery disease patients after aeteria coronaria stenting

目的了解冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉支架术后6个月的生活质量。方法手术前与术后6个月，采用医学结局研究简短量表SF-36、西雅图心绞痛调查问卷SAQ等，对50例经皮冠状动脉支架术患者进行问卷调查方式。结果与术前比较，术后6个月SF-36、SAQ中各维度或项目得分均有较大提高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论经皮冠状动脉支架术能显著提高冠心病患者的生活质量，治疗是冠心病的理想方法。

Objective To learn the quality of life among coronary artery disease patients after aeteria eoronaria stenting. Methods 50 coronary artery disease patients after aeteria eoronaria stenting were investigated with questionnaires of SF-36 and SAQ before and after 6 months operation. Results Compared with pre-operation, the score of each item in SF-36 and SAQ were improved a lot, the difference was sifnificant. Conclusions coronary stent implantation can improve quality of life of cardiaopath and is an ideal therapy.
