Ar^+激光光动力学疗法对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤抑制作用及对肿瘤DNA含量影响的研究

摘要 以小鼠S180肉瘤为对象,研究了Ar+激光光动力学疗法对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用及肿瘤DNA含量的影响。实验分为Ar+激光光动力学组及对照组两组。Ar+光动力学疗法为激光照射前24h小鼠腹腔注射HpD(10mg/kg),以实验确定的15mW/cm2Ar+激光照射15min。结果表明,两组间的平均瘤重差异有显著性,Ar+激光光动力学疗法肿瘤抑制率为37.3%,并且Ar+激光光动力学疗法可使肿瘤细胞DNA含量降低。 The effects of photodynamic therapy (PDT) by Ar+ laser on S180 in mice were reported. The DNA content of tumor cells was also measured with microspectrophotometry after the treatment. The tumor-bearing mice were divided into PDT group and control. The PDT group were given an i. P. injection of HPD (10mg/kg) 24 hours prior to the Ar+ laser treatment (150mW/cm2 for 15 min. ). The experiments showed that the average tumor weights between the two groups was different significantly (P<0.01 ). The tumor inhibitory rate in PDT group was 37.3%. The DNA content of tumor cells was decreased significantly after the Ar+ laser radiation treatment (P<0.01).
