On Coinfection and Superinfection of Virus Hepatitis

本文对近年来国内外有关病毒性肝炎多重感染的研究进展作了简要概述。文章介绍了病毒性肝炎多重感染的概念、感染概况及感染模式，总结了甲乙型、乙丙型、乙丁型、甲戊型双重感染等主要感染模式的临床特征，阐述了病毒性肝炎多重感染时各病毒问相互关系。根据病毒性肝炎多重感染的有关流行因素，提出了一些预防病毒性肝炎多重感染的防制措施。

In this paper, the research advance on coinfection and superinfection of hepatitis viruses in China and abroad in recent years was reviewed. The definition, infection rate and patterns of coinfection and superinfection of hepatitis viruses were introduced and the clinical characteristics of some major patterns of dual infections were summarized. The relationship between the viruses in those who had been coinfected or superinfected with hepatitis viruses was evaluated. According to their epidemiologic factors, some measures were provided to prevent the hepatitis viruses coinfecting and superinfecting.
