摘要
介绍了旋转闪蒸干燥机的基本原理及干燥特点,通过在超细镍钴合金粉生产中的成功应用,代替目前传统干燥方法,对改善超细镍钴合金粉的分散性、提高金属直收率、提高粉末的成粉率、提高生产效率、节约能源、降低生产成本、降低劳动强度、改善作业环境都有显著的作用。
Spin flash dryer theory and method were introduced.Compared it with the traditional drying method in the application of nickel-cobalt composite powder,the product quality with spin flash dryer can be improved and the frugal energy and its production cost were reduced,the working conditions were improved.
