摘要
目的:为探讨复合皮(CS)神经再生情况。方法:用NADPH黄递酶组织化学染色方法(NDP)观察37头猪12块经酶处理的冷冻异体乳猪真皮+自体表皮一次性重组CS和7块自体表皮(C)移植后不同时间点活检标本内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的分布。结果:CS移植术后8~12w神经纤维(Nf)开始再生;20~24w,Nf超正常密度再生,乳头内似有Merkel细胞和Meisner小体结构形成;32w以后,Nf结构和功能重塑,轴突增粗,密度降低,68w时已接近正常皮肤Nf密度和排布。C组:神经再生受阻于皮下大量致密的胶原纤维,再生的Nf纤细分布不规律,呈间断不连续状,至68w时,仍无乳头和感觉小体结构形成。结论:①NOS组化染色方法简单可靠,可清楚地反映皮肤Nf再生经过;②CS移植后,神经再生和感觉重建迅速,Nf排布接近正常皮肤,与异体乳猪真皮引导性组织再生作用密切相关;③NO参与了移植皮片内神经再生及其再生后的感觉形成、整合和传递。
bjective:To study the nerve regeneration of composite skin(CS).Methods:We investigated the NOS positive site in the biopsy specimens of autoepidermis and CS which composed of autoepidermis and frozen new born pig allodermis.Results:The experiment showed that the nevous fibres regenerate in the eighth week after transplantation of CS,High density of new nevous fibres were observed as Merkel cells and Meissner body in the twentyfourth week.In the 32nd week,the structure and function of nevous fibres recovered,and axon were normalise,and the nerve fibre density became lower in the autoepidermis transplanting group.Nerve regeneration showed a amount of glialfibres,which were small and thin,and fibre threads were not continuous.In 68 weeks,there were no marked cells and Meissner bodies formed.Conclusions:The NOS histochemistry method is simple and reliable in reviewing Nf reproducing of skin.After CS transplantation,Nf regenerates quickly and NS recovers approximately to that of normal skin.NO may take part in Nf reproduction and sense integrating and delivery.
