介绍了祥光铜业"双闪"(闪速熔炼和闪速吹炼)铜冶炼工艺技术、主要设备、生产实践及存在问题与对策。实践表明:"双闪"工艺是高效环保的炼铜技术,是未来铜冶炼的发展方向,祥光铜业是当今世界最清洁环保的绿色铜冶炼厂之一。
The ＂Double-Flash＂（Flash Smelting and Flash Converting） copper smelting technique,main equipments,production practice and existing problems and problem solutions of Xiangguang Copper are introduced.The practice demonstrates that the ＂Double-Flash＂ process is a high-effective and environment-friendly copper smelting technique and is a potential direction of the future copper smelting development.Xiangguang Copper is one of the clean and environment-friendly green copper smelters in the present world.
