摘要
应用免疫组化法检测15例正常结肠粘膜,40例结肠腺瘤及40例结肠癌组织的p53,c-erbB2和CEA的表达。结果发现:结肠癌患者p53,c-erbB2及CEA的阳性表达率均显著高于腺瘤(P<0.01)。p53阳性表达在不典型增生腺瘤患者中,重度显著高于轻度病例(P<0.01);在结肠腺癌患者中低分化显著高于高分化病例(P<0.05);CEA的新型单克隆抗体col-1对结肠癌的敏感性和特异性均高,阳性表达率为85%;
Expression of p53, c-erbB_2, CEA proteins in 15 cases of normal colorectal mucosa, 40 adenoma and 40 carcinoma of colon were studied with immunohistochemistry. The positive rate of p53, c-erbB_2, CEA in colorectal carcinomas were significantly higher than those in adenoma. The positive rate of p53 in adenoma with severe atypical hyperplasia was higher than that in the mild (P<0.01), and was higher in colorectal carcinomas of poor differentiation than that in the welldifferentiated ones (P<0.05). The novel type monoclonal antibody of CEA Col1 had a high sensitivity and specificity for the tissue of colorectal carcinoma in which the positive rate was 85%. The results suggested the alteration of p53, c-erbB_2 are involve in the tumorgenesis and development of colorectal carcinoma; and detection of p53, c-erbB_2 and CEA proteins are helpful in distinguishing benign and malignant polyps of colon.
