摘要
目的研究委陵菜的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ToyopearlHW-44、SephadexLH-20等多种柱色谱分离,制备高效液相色谱对有效部位进行分离、纯化,根据波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从委陵菜的乙酸乙酯层分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖苷(quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside,Ⅰ),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside,Ⅱ),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside,Ⅲ),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-(6-O-cis-p-香豆酰基)葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6-O-cis-p-coumaroyl)glucopyranoside,Ⅳ),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-香豆酰基)葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)glucopyranoside,Ⅴ),4′,5,7-三甲氧基-黄酮醇(Ⅵ),布卢姆醇A(blumenolA,Ⅶ),dihydrosyringenin(Ⅷ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅸ),β-胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ为首次从委陵菜中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅴ~Ⅷ为首次从委陵菜属中分离得到的化合物。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Potentilla chinesis. METHODS Chemical constituents were isolated by Toyopead HW-44, Sephadex LH-20, preparative HPLC, and silica gel column chromatographies. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis. RESULTS Ten compounds, quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside (Ⅰ), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhanmoside (Ⅱ), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside (Ⅲ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6-O-cis-p- coumaroyl) glucopyranoside (Ⅳ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl) glucopyranoside (Ⅴ), 4′ , 5, 7-tri- methoxy-fiavonol (Ⅵ), blurnenol A (Ⅶ), dihydrosyringenin (Ⅷ), β-sitosterol (Ⅸ), daucosterol (Ⅹ) were isolated from P chinesis. CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ -Ⅷ were isolated from the plant for the first time, compound Ⅴ-Ⅷ were isolated from the genus Potentilla for the first time.
