总结５１例ＣＴ增强扫描发生碘过敏反应及过敏性休克病例的抢救方法。提出：①对ＣＴ增强扫描离子型造影剂副反应的预防措施；②ＣＴ室必须具备一套急救药物和必要的急救器材；

We summarized 51 cases of iodine allergy and allergic shock induced by contrastenhanced computed tomography(CT). It is suggested that (1) the appropriate measures must be taken to prevent the side effects of ionic contrast medium; (2) a set of first-aid drug and essential equipment must be prepared; (3) the staff of CT room must be trained with the firstaid techniques and knowledge.
