摘要
深海采矿系统的扬矿子系统和集矿子系统的受力情况比较复杂,根据中国大洋多金属结核中试采矿系统总体系统技术设计要求,对采矿船深沉运动及海浪波面波动进行了数值模拟;分析采矿系统中集矿机布放过程中的受力,采用附加质量力来描述布放过程中的水动力影响;应用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS建立深海采矿系统集矿机布放过程虚拟样机,对这一过程进行仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析研究,为采矿船设计与操纵、布放回收装置设计及布放回收作业的实施方案提供了理论参考。
According to the conceptional design of sea trial system, the heave motion simulation of mining support vessel and the ocean wave simulation is accomplished, the analyse of load distribution is researched, and the added mass force is used to descript the effect of hydrodynamic force, virtual prototype of deploying process of the collector in the deep sea mining system is estab- lished by using ADAMS,and the process of the collector deploying is simulated. The results of simulation offer reference for the control of ship, the structure and dimension design of mining ship and collector transporting frame, choosing of the corresponding devices, and application in sea trila.
